Once done, make sure that this pickup group is also added to other DNs.In this case Jabber CSF has an extension of 1004 and the need is to add the pickup group in its DN page. Add this pickup group to the Directory Number (DN) of Jabber and all the phones for which this pickup group number will act as a reference.Here is a sample of a call pickup group that was added.
